Cooked is built and run by an individual developer. There is no support form, no chatbot, no ticket queue — just one email address. Write in plain words, in any language you're comfortable with, and you'll get a reply.
What to write about
- Support — something broken, a reading that won't load, a subscription that didn't activate.
- Privacy requests — access, correction, or deletion of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Refunds — please note that App Store refunds are handled by Apple directly. We can still help you find the right link.
- Bugs & feedback — screenshots, device model, and iOS version make it much faster to fix.
- Press & partnerships — same inbox.
Before you write
For account-specific requests (deletion, restore, refund tracing), include the email subject "DATA REQUEST" and as much detail as you can remember — approximate first-use date, App Store country, and the name you used during onboarding all help.
